            Education is a big part of Trinity’s platform for success. We give our employees an opportunity to grow professionally in the field of their choosing. The tuition reimbursement program helps Trinity employees balance school and work as well as helping with the financial burden that higher education can be on students. Lupita Perez, a team member since October 2012, is one of our employees that utilizes the program and is on track to receive her bachelor’s degree from George Mason University. Lupita began in the customer service department and in 2013 she moved to the Trinity Wiring accounting team. Lupita now works closely with builders (NV Homes, Ryan Homes, Drees Homes), supervisors and other partners to ensure we provide top level service to our customers and partners.
